1400 yds today, felt good.

I swam 7x200 maintaining 1:40 per 100 pace, with rest between 200s. This was the pace for the lifeguard test 2 weeks ago and I am keeping it as a goal. I am thinking of reducing the pace target to 1:35 or 1:30.
