We've reached 0% chance of this transmission going back together and being fixed, I'm now looking for a replacement. Nothing is so obviously wrong that it's worth sourcing a replacement. The bearing rollers look fine, the most damage I could find is on the shaft.

Edit: 96k mi GS6-53BZ purchased. Sigh.
