135i Msport, Alpine white, red leather, auto box, comfort access, seat heating, Xenons, cruise, professional nav, bluetooth, Hi-Fi professional DSP, USB.
I've driven it just a few miles from the dealer, on motorway and on B roads, but here are my first impressions:
Engine
The acceleration is
astonishing. I accelerated with the auto box in "Sport" mode and I wasn't expecting the kick in the back that this engine gives you. It is also very smooth, and refined. I cant see why you would ever want more power than this on the road.
I owned a Nissan 350z for a few years, and this is in a different league.
The fuel economy was only reading 13mpg (but its only done 15 miles or so), I dont intend to worry too much about this.
Plus I'm being careful until its broken in.
Suspension / Ride
It is not harsh at all. It is very well damped, very comfortable. The sports seats and driving position are great. I was quickly able to find my ideal position.
Autobox
Very quick changes, sport mode is wonderful. The salesman said it is likely to be one of the first 135i's in the UK with auto.
Interior
All very solid. I've got lots of kit on it so I'll play with it shortly and post my thoughts.
