I agree, even without the extra oil cooler, the One takes a long time to heat oil.
My totally unsubstantiated guess is that in an attempt to protect the motor the temp gauge is programmed not to move off cold until the oil is already fully warmed. I did not notice and appreciable increase in the time it took for the gauge to read warm after the second cooler was installed. We put the second cooler behind the intercooler. BTW, the second cooler adds one qt of oil to the system.
