Drive up on 2X4's then you can hit the center jackpoint no problem with a decent pulley jack...
Then throw some stands up front on the 2 jack pts.. then lift from the back center jack point straight up and slide to more jack stands under the back 2 jack points...
This is what I did to get all 4 tires off at once!
