First take a clean terry towel and put some Goof-Off on it.. not a lot, then dab it onto the corner of the sticker. If you soak the visor, it's going to stink up your car for a while. Once you dab it on, use a clean fingernail to pull up a corner, and peel it back.

The sticker will probably rip a few times, but dab it again, fingernail again, and remove the remaining pieces.

The key is to keep everything clean, and do not saturate the visor, and you'll have a nice clean and unstinky visor.
