Install accomplished on Saturday.
All-in-all took me about 4 hours to complete, but if you want to be quick about it it can be done in half that time.
As often mentioned already the toughest part is the door sills. I had a trim removal tool and I still wound up bending the plastic sill holders when popping the sill off.
Like Justin stated the black plastic rocker panel inserts were also a bit of a mystery, the grove in the insert corresponds to a ridge on the inside of the panel.
I'll post up better pics in the future.
