I don't know why you are against a DIY project for this because this will save you lots of time and money, but it's your call. Looking on realoem replacement mirrors cost at least 350 and the dealer will charge you an arm and a leg to install it. Around my area the labor rate is about 125 an hour so assuming they will charge at least an hour you're looking at about 500 at the very least for your total charges.

The dealer will bill in the vicinity of 3 hours for this retrofit - even if a DYI'er can do it in an hour.
Dealers generally take retrofit customers to the cleaners because they can. The project isn't on their schedule of fees so they can add in all of the coffee breaks and lunches to boot - somebody has to pay for that and it might as well be the retrofitter.
