I think it is your CDV. It makes the clutch not engage or disengage quickly. Hence the jerky shifts, espcially in 1st and 2nd gears. Does your car shift like you just learned to drive a stick? Then change your CDV and you will be VERY happy you did so.
Go to the DIY section and look for
"CDV delete".
Btw... one way to test IF your clutch is worn is to put he car in fourth gear while stopped. Let the clutch out quickly. The engine should stall fast. IF not your clutch is bad. Just don't fo this test alot - bc you will wear out your clutch! lol
