The MDM setting is standard in the 1 Series M Coupe without navigation system, unlike the E9X M3 that come as a part of the M Drive option which requires the navigation system option.
To activate the MDM setting you need to press the traction control button that is located in the center of the dashboard between the air conditioning vents. If you keep pressing on the same button for a couple of seconds more, you'll turn the traction control completely off, like in the normal 135/335.
However, the M button in the steering wheel for cars wthiout navigation system is for the throttle response, not the traction control. Think of it as the sport button in the other M cars. I'm not sure yet about cars with navigation system option, we need to wait a bit more for more details to be available.
Regarding the bluetooth interfere, you only need the radio professional option
