Not sure how strong the OEM wheel studs are, but you can't usually go with more than a 10 or 15mm spacer without changing them to something like ARPs. Not going to be able to tell until you get the car but I'm willing to bet that they will not have too much extra length judging by the pictures I've seen. And spacers with built in studs are an awful idea, speaking from experience with good ones that broke anyway.

BMW's use lug bolts and any quality spacer will come with longer bolts that are designed for the specific spacer size.
