There's a jack point centralized under the engine. I lifted it from one of the front sides, put a stand under the side rear and central front then used a second jack on the other side and lifted from that side front. It really takes 2 jacks to do it right.

As far as the black kidneys they are the same as a 135. I painted the tips with 1200 degree paint.
