The euro switch cost me
67 euros (ohne MwSt 19% German sales tax!) from my local BMW Zentrum. BMW makes SEVERAL headlight switches... so you really need to check with a BMW dealer for the correct switch.

Btw - the two stage rear brake lights will still function with the euro switch inplace.
