Not really, according to the Betriebsanleitung/Instruction Manual from KW (page 8), the height adjustment range is 40mm. This is perhaps slightly different from the V3 ? Anyway mine is at OEM height. So I'd guess it ranges from -30mm to +10mm, according to your requirements...
