Do I say congratulations?? Lol. I've only been to Cali a couple times and the first time I went it rained for the first time in MONTHS and people were losing their minds. It was Halloween a few years ago. Everyone was running around in the streets in the rain wearing costumes and my GF and I were just enjoying the empty bars lol |
Congratulations will do considering we're in a drought here in SoCal. Soon the showers will stop and we'll be in the 70s and 80s... then the 90s and 100s come. Ugh!
