I bought a used F22 CTS intake (MAF attaches differently) & I have an M-Design intake to try to do this. I messaged CTS asking if they could make something simple for our cars like the B58 intake linked below, several emails and no response. Relocating the coolant tank looks easy enough with just putting a longer hose in between the existing one and 1 new long one, a few companies make MAF extensions. It really looks simply enough after you find the right angle to come off the turbo with. Plus you can run a nice F22 engine cover.
