It's a gps lap timer with user settable splits and lots. Of other things like integration with Google earth and Twitter. Seems like it picked up lap times pretty accurately and was no hassle while at the track. I turned it on before putting on my helmet, stuck it in the center storage bin and forgot about it until pitting in.
