Every time I see one of these cousin-bangin Saudis/Qataris driving through California like they own the place, ignoring our laws and thinking they are above our society I get pissed.
You obviously are not that big of a dick, but it's related.
Follow the laws in every foreign country you visit. I got a ticket in Switzerland and paid it the week I got it in the mail.
