I'd agree with nachob. Man, Canadian 1M's are slowly becoming extinct! OP, just for reference, the last 1M sold on bringatrailer.com went for $62,500 which is roughly $78K CAD and some change. Odometer on it is similar to yours at about 24,000 km and has nav (not that having nav makes much difference for hardcore guys but still nice to have in my opinion).
