If you can find them it doesn't get much cheaper than the Achilles ATR Sport 2. Even though their super cheap especially if you can find them on sale, I have heard good things about Achilles.
Another cheap tire I can't find a lot of reviews on is the Syron Race 1 Plus. Only $80 for a 225/35R19. Supposedly a lot of people in Germany and the UK run Syron but that's just what someone told me.
Federal's are good but run wide and I heard their on the harder side as opposed to soft Falcons for example.
You might want to spend a bit more on tires or wait for them to go on sale and get a set of Sumitomo, Hankook, Toyo etc.
