Long shot - but Rogue Engineering sometimes made the arm for their shift kits. They did a shifter for the E88 1M Coupe. (Say it's not for 135.)
Could give them a call and see if they ever prototyped it, or would be willing to.
Other than that - junkyard/pick-n-pull?
