The only time it occurred was when I braked too late for T11 and was trying to get turned toward T12. It was a bit messy as I had just passed a car and had to take an inside line. It may have been temp related but I had started to lower my shift points to keep the temps down and was actually running cooler than before.
P22 said all of his issues occurred on left turns so at the time we thought it was oil starvation.
