I would say that BMW there selves probably wont produce a M140i model now that they have already released the other F20 versions.
You never know with the aftermarket model manufactures though.
Spark models for example have said that they are going to release these two BMW E30's from the late 80's and early 90's.

There is another fellow member that posts on here that really knows his BMW models and unlike me who has to look it up he would know instantly whether there were any F20's with an M Sport body kit.
I am a BMW nut but I started collecting the BMW MINI when it first came out and MINI haven't bothered to release any decent models for a few years now which really annoys me.
This is pitiful MINI line up that hasn’t changed in over a year or two, it consists of two 1:18 and four 1:64 scale models and three 1:36 scale pullback toys.
