Had a fellow who runs a small coding business for BMW's locally (sf bmw coding . com) use his hardware ICOM B interface to code my MOST radio yesterday. He said just physically unplug the TPMS module, remove $2VB from the VO, and default code DSC, KOMBI, and NFRM to disable TPMS and enable FTM. Haven't tried it yet but will soon...
