Just take it, don't worry about it haha. Worry about it at the time if they pull you up on it.
We do actually have a roll bar in the car, it's just hidden so it also depends on if they're specifying that cars running 12.99 or faster require an ANDRA spec roll bar or just any roll bar. Some cars like an MX-5 dont' come with roll bars as standard.
