I ran 261 8.5" up front with a 12.5mm spacer (final ET39.5) and no issue on track or road with a 225/40 Pilot Michelin Sport 4.
Running a BBS RX206 8" (ET38) up front with the same tyres and it scrubs on occasion (when? with steering lock and sharp juts or dips, not your typical road condition)
