As far as the noise... Did you hear the any noise prior to putting on the rims ? That is very strange especially if you hear by just rolling on a flat surface.. Sounds like a brake issue, calipers possibly rubbing on the rotor a tad, warped rotors..There really is no reason the new rims and tires would cause this. My new VMR 713 and Yoko AD08 never had any sounds like this..My 713 fit very tight on the hub ...just some rubbing issues that were taken care of with a roll...as well as the felt liner in the fender well needed to be pushed up a tad(make sure the liner is not rubbing)...but my issues were only heard on big dips in the road....Good luck man.
