Bella, empty lot? There are tons of them. If you want to go a little farther up north in La Jolla, you can stake out the UTC La Jolla mall - it has a huge, vacant lot that's usually empty even on weekends. In fact, I've seen several BMW meets in the exact lot a few times already (probably CCA, I dunno). Even on campus of UCSD - there are heaps upon heaps of free, roaming, unadulterated parking lots where you can bust donuts all day long. Maybe you salacious fellas can even pick up on some freshman ladies who admire BMWs...even though there's a lugubrious paucity of fine ladies at UCSD.
