I just talked to Gill @ Tirerack. I'm a bit naive on tires and wheels and he was great explaining and making recommendations.
He suggested ordering anytime between now and end of September - after that inventory will start to be limited.
He made a few recommendations for my 128. At the cheaper end, he recommended a Blizzak 16" WS-60 & Sport Edition A7 wheel for $898 delivered in US!
ps He also suggested keeping a compressor/sealant on board.
