Just curious, what benefit is there to be had?
Also, if I were to install something like this for BOV operation, I'd probably put a check valve in place. The continuous change in manifold pressure would likely work the vacuum line loose unless you used pressurized line that could withstand some movement. At that point, I'd be concerned with the quality of the seal against this barbed brass nipple and the likelihood of it cracking over time as opposed to silicon.
