If not for the fact that I generally believe anything nowadays, I wouldn't believe they could screw this installation up this bad. It's amazing.
I am seeking a refund. I'm just waiting for the bill to fix it all. Then, an email will be sent asking for a refund and Visa will become involved as necessary.
