I know it's a little ways from you, but I've sent numerous people to these guys and was recommended to them originally by a long list of happy customers:
Sun-Shade Window Tinting. Regarding $$, your best bet is to call and ask - it's car-dependent, but their prices have always been fair.
Run a search - Shawn (0002s) took his car there and I believe he's quite pleased. They also did his clear bra.
