If you know what time this occurs, spread black pepper over your lawn. I know this works. Just get a big container of black pepper and just spread it all over the lawn, won't hurt the lawn any and no one will see it since its powder. You don't need a lot. Dog will not be amused, will not come near lawn again. Plus dog won't be hurt.
