Adding my two cents. I had the update installed last week. Prior to that I had the issue a lot of others have noted with idling, lag, stalling, etc.
I can report that the update fixed all of that. The car is basically back to what it was supposed to be and the idling, lag, etc. issues are completely gone. If you experience those get to the dealer and get the update.
