The first diy posted above is what I used when I did mine. I also replaced all the filters. The suction filter is easy as it just pops out. The pressure filter is a pain with the clamp seal.
I was also able to get away with cleaning my belly pan thoroughly and not messing the gasket up.
Only took an hour or so. I would recommend getting extra oil if you do switch the filters out. They allow more oil to drain out.

Anything visible in the filter that made it obvious it was a good idea to change it? Did you have to by any gaskets for the pressure filter cover?
