Terrible Misfire After Installing Coils & Plugs (N54 135i)

Hi all, I recently got my N54 135i and it had a slight misfire when warm. I replaced the coils (Delphi) and plugs (NGK 95770) and now the car runs TERRIBLY. It sounds like a cammed 302. It was not even close to being like this before.

Video of running:

Checked for codes with JB4 and here is my (hefty) list:
2ded
29f4
29f5
2a15
30ff
29d
29d1
9bb
29cc

Only things I have on my car are a catless dp, JB4, BMS cone intakes, and BMS oil catch can.
I'd like to see if you guys have any ideas on what might've happened; any and all input appreciated. Thanks!
