Generally speaking, the width of the wheel is going to determine the concavity of a wheel between two sizes, not the offset. An example would be these companies making two concave profiles, one for 8.5 and another for 9.5. The difference of offset is just cut off the backpad and has nothing to do with concave profile.

I also never mentioned anything about stretching tires lol just said tire size can be crucial. You can't blindly throw on a 275 in the rear with any wheel and be fine.
Can't have much dish with a wheel with nearly 6 cm of offset.
