There are no more PE available anywhere for the 128. Your best bet is to get a 135i PE while you still can and modify it.

It's incredibly annoying. Tried ordering my rear mudflaps and ran into these issues.
Basically, all the "BMW Performance" parts and dealer accessories are fading into obscurity. They're NLA (no longer available) from the dealer/factory.
