So the title says most of it.
First off. My car's headlights will only (constantly) flicker when it has been parked outside for longer periods of time. Otherwise, when parked inside my garage, it will not flicker for the entire drive.
I have replaced both bulbs and both ballasts with oem bulbs and oem ballasts. No difference.
Running both out of time and options as its only getting colder in the midwest
