I originally guessed that it would be around $30kCAD for a 128i and $40kCAD for a 135i. Maybe that was just wishful thinking, because after seeing your list of cars and prices, BMW will probably charge as you said closer to 35kCAD and $45kCAD repectively and still be competitive.
By the way, those prices are base MSRP and the problem with BMW, and other European manufacturers for that matter, is that the options are really expensive. So to get a 128i all decked out with the aero kit, sport package, xenon lights (stuff that the 135i has that the 128i doesn't according to the BMW USA 1-series microsite), you're probably going to be looking at $40kCAD... yikes!
