Nurburgring has their times already posted on their site. You should be able to see them now. Hockenheim is another story. When they post them is at the last minute and most find out by word of mouth. If you really want an experience, check if Spa Francochamps in Belgium has their Public Race Days posted already. It's an incredible track and although a tad expensive, it is an experience you will never forget. It's also the second largest track in Europe(7.5KM), with Nurburgring being the 1st.
