The car has "structural damage", which is why its value is so low. However, I checked out the car and the "damage" is hardly even noticeable. I would doubt that the frame has any real damage to it. I'm not really concerned with the car's future value as it'll just be a fun car to drive (hoping it'll last me 5-10 years).

I wouldn't do it. Buy an N54 for less money, that hasn't been wrecked. Theres a reason they're trying to sell it that cheap...
