Just to give you a step-by-step on what my resolution was.
I went to dealership, got the tech in the car with me, make sure the AC was on (it was on Max), and then he realized what the needed repair was. If you don't have the AC on Max, especially if it's cold outside, the AC may not be on and they may not realize what's going on
