Checked the wheels today for temperature after some hard braking going down a twisty mountain road and NO noticeable difference in temperature. Both were warm but not hot by any means. I also uploaded some pictures to the original post of the brake dust difference between the wheels.
Next step is I am just going to jack it up and pull off wheels, calipers and rotors and see what I can see.
