So Red Bull, Ferrari, and Sauber leave FOTA. I'm interested in everyone thoughts on this.

Many other members of FOTA believed RBR to have breached the RRA (Resource Restriction Agreement). Christian Horner said the reason they left is because the RRA is unfair when it comes to dealing with teams that have commercial manufacturing backgrounds, and teams that don't.

Knowing that RBR still signed the original RRA a few years back, I think it is odd that he only now chooses to oppose it's contents. And it seems reasonable that Red Bull did breach it, and left before any actual accusations or penalties got applied. Horner then closed by saying that there is still a path back in to rejoin FOTA, and he still believes that a RRA is needed to limit costs. Which is funny, since now that he has left there is nothing preventing the top teams from going all out.

I really hope McLaren doesn't get a righteous attitude in all this and stay with FOTA because of some type of obligation to the other teams still in it. They absolutely can't afford to let Ferrari and RBR outspend them and walk away with next years' championship.
