It's what drove me to this particular model in the first place. I then discovered the joy it is to drive.
Long story short, the original owner had the car repainted at one of Mexico's BMW plants before picking it up from the dealer. Kinda crazy given that he only owned it for a year but true. I am actually the fourth (and last) owner. The car's original color was alpine white and the paint color as well as the paint job are just absolutely amazing. Even the decals and stickers were removed and afterwards reapplied. It's kind of unique. Like I said, it's the one closest to my heart. I definitely have a soft spot for it.
