Its probably just your AC joint tho, unless theres any pain its likely just getting arthritic (my ortho says almost all lifters have some degree of AC dysfunction)

Yeah, there’s no pain, and popping has reduced since starting my rest period. Looking forward to hitting the weights tomorrow for sure though.
