Yes, that does sound confusing. Maybe it's different in Canada. There are several Canadian members here and maybe they can chime in and give us an explanation about some cars having LCI headlights but not the LCI taillights.
BTW, the pic below is the LCI taillights, not to be confused with the blackline taillights, which look the same only darker.
