Echo the above comments, mps4s are a great tyre.
When swapping out the oil, there is always alittle of the old oil left in the oil radiator, disconnecting one of of the oil lines, and using some small air pressure to force out the old oil, so its completely clean.
It's also worth checking when the spark plugs were last changed, with such low mileage, it'll be on age now. Not too difficult to change yourself.
