There are left and right outer tie rods. Really the only difference is the pinch bolt. With left and right versions, the pinch bolt will be towards the front on both sides.
Good choice on TRW. They seem to make good quality OEM suspension parts.
I should also say, you are going to love the M front arms. What a beautiful difference they make.
